All artworks are unique and require individual approach to packing, handling and shipping.
Shipping costs are not included into the price of the artwork, but for the most popular locations (Switzerland, US and rest of the Europe) we have some standard options available for shipping and you can choose one of them at the moment of sale. Shipping is calculated from our location in Basel.
After you make the purchase we will contact you to clarify the details about the shipping options.
If you dont find the shipping option suitable for you, feel free to reach out to discuss and we will find the best solution to ship the artwork to your location.
Please mind that that shipping costs depends on several factors, including location of the artwork, size, curier service and destination.
Can I pay by card?
Payment can be made by bank cards on our website or via bank transfer/wire–– for this we can prepare an invoice for payment.
Payment has to be done in advance of the shipment.
Will I be charged tax?
Please note that the customs clearance of the works in the country of delivery –– in the buyer's location and the payment of the corresponding duties is the responsibility of the buyer.
Are there any additional charges for packing?
We don’t charge for packing.
Can I have my order shipped with insurance?
If the shipment is done with the courier service (DHL, UPS) we will use the standard insurance that they offer. We can discuss any additional options.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel until it is shipped. After it is shipped already, it is not possible to cancel the purchase.
All Voskhod orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your artworks from any damages along the way.
